In the third quarter of 2025, the tycoon game genre on Android saw varied performance across the top five apps in Cyprus, according to data from Sensor Tower.

Township from Playrix maintained a robust presence with weekly revenue peaking at about $1.2K in late July. Downloads showcased a gradual rise through the quarter, reaching around 785 in early August.

Family Island™ — Farming game by Melsoft Games Ltd experienced consistent revenue, peaking at $832 in the final week of September. However, downloads remained relatively low, with a slight decline towards the end of the quarter.

Klondike Adventures: Farm Game from VIZOR APPS LTD. showed a fluctuating revenue pattern, with a high of $642 in mid-July, while downloads peaked at 116 towards the end of September.

Hay Day by Supercell saw an increase in revenue in early September, reaching $503. Downloads, however, saw a gradual decrease, with numbers dropping to 138 by the end of the quarter.

Build Master: Bridge Race from UAC Studio had a stable revenue trend with a slight peak at $227 in late September, despite a lack of significant download activity during the quarter.
